Transparency means to be open and forthcoming, it requires Taking active control rather than accepting circumstances passively to not only not hide the truth, but actively display it and be truthful with your peer.
Explanation
Transparency is the first step to Inclusion means proactively welcoming and believing in others, and to bridge the gap created by the Understanding others requires attributing mental states like beliefs and intentions to them.
Why it matters
When we are transparent, it is much easier to communicate, for others to understand us, and to avoid misconceptions on what is happening and way.
Sometimes, trying to be transparent brings Clarity is achieved through definition and presentation to ourselves, by trying to communicate our thoughts and intentions, we start to understand ourselves better as well Introspection develops self-knowledge through internal examination Explaining ideas simply exposes gaps in understanding.
