Will to Life

Notes

Claim

The will to live is our biological desire to continue our own existence as individuals and as species.

Explanation

It is a basic, strong desire that controls all of our actions, and sometimes contradicts logic. It is this never ending hunger that we can't control that brings all the pain and unhappiness in our lives.

Why it matters

Reducing Attachment distorts how we see the things we cling to and Expectations shape wellbeing through the gap between desires and reality are the only minor cure against this pain.
