Solitude is different from Loneliness is the painful state of feeling disconnected from others. It's a type of isolation, not necessarily a physical one, that provides us time for Introspection develops self-knowledge through internal examination.

Explanation

By removing the outside Noise obscures truth with external interference and confusion, we are able to clear our mind mindfulness and stay clear from External influence constrains authentic identity and agency and obtain Clarity is achieved through definition and presentation about our goals, desires and identity.

Solitude is also useful for Ideation generates ideas through exploratory thinking freed from constraints, by allowing us to activate our Relaxation activates inward thinking for creative problem-solving.

Why it matters

While we never want to be alone, we all need moments of solitude for self development and wellbeing.
