The Body's Foundation
Nutrition is a foundational need that enables higher functioning — without adequate fuel, the brain and body cannot support higher-order goals. This places nutrition at the base of any personal development effort, a prerequisite before we can pursue learning, creativity, or self-actualization.
Strategy Over Willpower
The challenge of eating well is less about knowledge and more about environment. Healthy eating requires replacing temptations with better defaults — rather than fighting cravings head-on, the real leverage comes from designing our surroundings so that healthy choices are the path of least resistance.
