It is a method of Rest enables recovery and sustained performance, of Slowing down prioritizes quality over speed and enables reflection, of recharging our mental and physical energy. A way to Zooming out gains perspective through mental distance and look at our thoughts and feelings as an external observer, like a mental detoxing, we break free from limiting perceptions, entering a state of calmness and Clarity is achieved through definition and presentation.
