Deep work is the concept that by having focused, uninterrupted sessions of work, we can be much more efficient in what we do. It is the exact opposite of the belief of multitasking.

By trying to do many things at the same time we fail to do any of it well because of our limited Full working memory reduces focus and task performance and Unfinished tasks linger in the mind and reduce focus.
