Explanation

These are words that focus on Agency is the ability to connect desires and actions, filled with Being kind to yourself strengthens resilience and growth, and clear of Blame is attributing fault instead of owning what's in your control or Judgment adds subjective value to objective events

Why it matters

Instead of being our own (or others') critics, we can use language as a tool for connection, for empowering Healthy self-talk prevents spiraling and builds resilience. We know that How we describe something shapes how it is perceived is a powerful tool, so by changing how we describe something, we change how we experience and think about it.
